Shippping & Refund Policy
Shipping Policy: Most of the items you purchase will be purchased in person and picked up at the time of purchase (such as items from our silent auction at Ambush), or they are digital purchases like a membership. We do not ship items except by special request. Purchasing through the site allows you to pick up items at many of our scheduled events. We usually have several per month in the fall, and at least one per quarter. If you need a shippable item shipped to us, please contact us. Any shipping is an additioanl cost.

Refunds: All items purchased are in exchange for a donation to the Auburn Club unless otherwise specified. However, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis!
